Force Technology International Pty Ltd as the parent company of Sudio acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals.  We advise that the information you provide is 'personal information' as defined by the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 and will not be passed on to any third party outside the Force Group of Companies.  Your details will be held on our database for the purpose of certifying a product claim you may need to make upon us and in order that we may contact you to ensure your satisfaction with the use of your product/s.  There may be times whereby the information you provide will be used to contact you for consumer research and/or to provide you with specific product information we feel may be of interest.  You have the right of access to your personal information in accordance with the Act.  You can at any time instruct us to remove your name and address from the database which will be done at once, and written confirmation sent to you.
